Additional Services & Store Policies

PURCHASE POLICIES
All jewelry purchases are final sale.

RESIZING & ALTERATIONS
We're committed to ensuring your jewelry fits perfectly and retains its original beauty. Here's what you should know about our services:

Resizing & Recommendations: While we offer resizing services and can resize many pieces, for the best structural integrity of the jewelry, we advise against resizing up or down by more than 3 sizes.

Other Alterations: We also provide other alterations. Every piece is unique, so please contact us with details to understand feasibility and potential costs.

LAYAWAY
Eligibility & Deposit:
Layaway is available for items priced above $2000. A 20% deposit is required to initiate a layaway plan.

Payment Duration: Choose a term that suits you, ranging from 1 to 3 months.

Cancellation & Returns: If a layaway plan is canceled or an item is returned, refunds will be provided as store credit only if notified within a month of pulling item from being sold to others.

Shipping & Pickup: Once the full payment is received, your item may be picked up or shipped to you. We allow storage of goods for two weeks. Items are dispatched the next business day after full payment.

SHIPPING

Shipments: For items under $1,000, we ship using Priority USPS, and for items over $1,000, we use express shipping through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Due to the value of our products, all orders over $1,000 will require a signature upon delivery, and the item will be insured for face value. There may be an additional charge for insurance based on delivery requirements after checkout. Please contact the store for questions on any specific items.

Lost or Missing Packages After Delivery: We take every measure to ensure your order arrives safely. However, once a package is scanned as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered, and responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. This policy applies to all orders, regardless of shipping method, value, or signature requirement.

If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.

  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management to see if the package was received on your behalf.

  3. Contact the carrier directly to request delivery details, such as GPS coordinates or signature confirmation.

While we are happy to assist in requesting information from the carrier, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages that show a confirmed delivery scan. If you suspect theft or misdelivery, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier and, when appropriate, a police report in your local jurisdiction.

Additional Validation: On occasion, to ensure utmost security and quality of service, we might need additional information to validate an order. This could slightly delay the delivery, but it's always with your best interest in mind.

VERIFICATION
Ensuring the authenticity and quality of every item is central to our commitment to you. Here’s an overview of our detailed jewelry verification process:

Natural Earth-Mined Stones: We guarantee that all our gemstones are natural, sourced directly from the earth. We do not sell synthetic or lab-created gemstones unless explicitly stated.

Metal Testing: All metals used in our jewelry undergo testing, and if not marked, we test electronically.

Gemstone Evaluation: Our gemstones are examined and graded.

Third-party Reports: While our in-house evaluations are conducted with utmost precision, for a more comprehensive assessment, we may provide reports from trusted independent labs such as GIA, AGL, or EGL upon request or where mentioned.

Historical and Designer Verification: We don't just evaluate the materials. The history, craftsmanship, and designers behind each jewelry piece are crucial in our verification process. We draw upon extensive references, hallmarks, signatures, and our expansive knowledge base to determine the period, authenticity, and origins of the jewelry.
